So my BIG goal is to lose 20 lbs by DECEMBER 20, 2013 however I do also have other fitness goals for the summer to keep me going!
BEFORE
Try a new fitness activity every month (i.e. kickboxing, cycling, hot yoga, anything else I find in the area) SEMI DONE- BOOTCAMP- Try a Pinterest recipe or workout weekly!!
Fit into my Watch the Throne T-shirt (a little tight but fits)Color RunComplete 2nd 5k by the end of the summer (not official race but for myself)- Go down a bra size (current: 38B goal: 36B)
- Learn how to swim
- Become intermediate in yoga
- Fit into a size 10/
12jeans(pants)
*AFTER (Let's end 2013 with a BANG!)
- 10-12 lbs by Nov- December (specifically the last dress fitting) (5-6 lbs by Oct. 12)
- 10 min mile; 5k in 30-35 mins.
- Complete 10k (organized or by myself)
- Do yoga for a FULL MONTH
- ABS! & TONE ARMS & SQUATS! SQUATS! (more circuit training)
- Fit better in my Watch the Throne T-shirt
- Fit into size 10 jeans!
Being that I do want to lose pounds I am weighting and measuring myself periodically. I'm using this table to visually see the numbers drop!!

LOVE the goals! I think that they're all very realistic and they're very precise, like the Watch the Throne Tshirt. It's stuff that really gives you a vision to push forward and keep the motivation going! Put this list somewhere where you will see it each and every day! I BELIEVE IN YOUR INNER G!!!
